What is in place now

  • Sensitive fields are encrypted. Precise punch coordinates and contact details are encrypted before storage with per-business keys, on top of encryption at rest and in transit. Names and email are kept in plain form to run your workspace.
  • Tenant isolation, tested. No query can cross a business boundary, and that isolation is covered by tests. Larger customers can talk to us about a dedicated environment.
  • The assistant never sees raw PII. Identifiers are tokenised and coordinates reduced to derived features before any model call. Assistant processing runs under zero-retention, no-training terms.
  • Capture less, on purpose. Location is recorded at punch events, with consent-gated presence checks, never continuous tracking. Retention is configurable with auto-purge.
  • Access and audit. Role-based access and an append-only audit log over every action. Single sign-on through your own identity provider is available on Pro.

Compliance posture. Data-subject access and erasure, region-pinned residency, and an independent-audit roadmap. LoggerIQ is not SOC 2 or ISO certified today.

How verification, privacy, pricing and your data work.

How does verification actually work?
Clock-in is checked against the site geofence, with mock-location and impossible-travel detection on every punch. Presence and dwell checks then confirm the person stayed, so a check-in followed by leaving does not pass. A trust score tracks each person over time.
Is my team tracked all day?
No. Location is recorded at punch events with consent-gated presence checks, never continuous background tracking. Precise coordinates are encrypted with per-business keys, and retention is configurable with auto-purge.
What does it cost and is there a trial?
Free covers up to 5 users on 1 site at A$0. Team is A$3 and Pro is A$5 per user per month, ex GST in AUD. Pro includes a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to start on Free.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Approved hours export for payroll, and data-subject access and erasure are supported. Region-pinned residency keeps your records where you expect them.
Do I need to install an app?
No. LoggerIQ runs as a web app and installable PWA that works offline and queues punches until you reconnect. A native app is also available on iOS and Android. A background geofence for it is on the roadmap.
Which integrations are available?
Today you clock in from the web app, the installable PWA and the native app. Badge and RFID check-in works through your existing access control readers, alongside a visitor register for guests, chat clock-in from Slack, an optional on-device face check for high-assurance sites, a payroll export for Xero and other systems and single sign-on on Pro. Microsoft Teams and Google Chat clock-in and a direct payroll API sync are the only pieces not yet live. They are clearly marked as such across the product.
