What shipped

Every entry is something a customer can use today, in the words they would use. A feature shows a New badge across the site for 60 days after an entry here.

September 2026

  1. Improved

Period grade on the person page

The performance grade on a person page now follows the period you pick, so a month or a quarter reads on its own instead of all time. Repeated check-in answers are flagged and the read carries a due diligence note before anyone acts on it.

  2. New

Mobile 1.1: Pulse, kudos, visitors and needs attention

The native app gains the daily Pulse check-in with a mood in five faces, a kudos feed with a give flow, the visitor board and reception register with check-in and check-out, and a needs attention view with the same six queues as the web. Managers land on attention; employees keep the clock first.

  3. Improved

    Badge punches in history

Punches from a fixed badge or RFID reader now show their source in history on the phone, so a person can see which check-ins came from the gate and which from the app.

  4. Improved

Team pulse for any past day

Team pulse can filter to any past day and shows the whole team to a manager, including people who did not answer. Missed check-in alerts now open the team pulse board directly.

  5. Fixed

Site address search without a key

Searching for a site address when drawing a geofence works again. The use my location button and address search are biased to your country so the first result is usually the right one.

August 2026

  1. Fixed

    Every blocked form says why

Approve, reject and other action buttons now surface a failure instead of quietly doing nothing, and a form that cannot submit always shows the reason next to the field.

  2. New

    Private pulse coaching

Each person gets a private weekly note on how they are doing, with one gentle nudge. It is written for the person, never shown to a manager and never shown before there is enough history. Rolling out with Pulse.

  3. Improved

    One needs attention hub

Timesheets, expenses, check-in requests, leave, disputes and IQ flags now sit in one hub with a one-line read of what needs a look today. Attendance has its own queue instead of sharing the expenses tab.

July 2026

  1. Fixed

    Mobile 1.0.6

A stability release for the native app on iOS and Android with fixes to sign-in link handling and the offline punch queue.
