Timesheets held back, overtime, leave, expenses, trip flags, swaps, disputed clock entries and HR follow-ups now arrive in one inbox, each with the reason it is there. Leave, expenses and overtime can still be decided from the email.

Clean weeks approve themselves

Switch on auto-approval and set a tolerance, 10 minutes to start. Once a day, a week inside it with nothing flagged and nothing edited is approved and marked as approved automatically. It never overrides a manager.

Roster cost against a weekly budget, with fatigue flags

The roster prices itself as you build it, at award rates where the award is set up, against a budget for the week. Short rest, long days, long weeks and too many days in a row are flagged on the shift.

Award pay with the clause on every line

Eight Australian modern awards, including Retail, Hospitality, Restaurant, Clubs and SCHADS. Each pay line names the band, hours, percentage, rate and the clause it came from.

Virtual HR

A plain read per person, built from rules: what it noticed, at most four lines of evidence and a suggested next step. No score and no rank. An admin can ask for a short summary on request.

Import from Deputy or a spreadsheet, with undo

Bring sites, people, pay rates, leave balances, shifts and past timesheets. A dry run names every problem row by row before anything is saved. An import can be undone.

One price. The account is now your Workspace

Plans are replaced by one price with every feature except payroll in it. Optional parts of the product, such as onboarding, letters and the kiosk, are switched on per workspace in Settings.

The performance grade and automatic coaching

The 0 to 100 grade on a person and the weekly coaching note are gone. Virtual HR replaces them with a read that shows its evidence and never scores anyone.

Clocking in from chat apps

Clocking in from a chat app is retired. Clock in on the phone at the site, at a shared kiosk or with a card reader at the door.

Period grade on the person page

The grade on a person page followed the period you picked. Repeated check-in answers were flagged.

Retired in LoggerIQ 2.0. The grade was removed and Virtual HR took its place.

Check-ins, kudos, reception and approvals on the phone

The installable app gained the daily check-in with an optional mood, a kudos feed, the reception and visitor board with check-in and check-out plus the approvals view from the web. Managers land on approvals; employees keep the clock first.

Card reader entries in history

Clock entries from a fixed card reader show their source in history on the phone, so a person can see which came from the door and which from the app.

Team check-ins for any past day

Team check-ins can be filtered to any past day and show the whole team to a manager, including people who did not answer. Missed check-in alerts open the team board directly.

Site address search

Searching for a site address when drawing a site boundary works again. The use my location button and address search favour your country, so the first result is usually the right one.

Every blocked form says why

Approve, reject and other action buttons now show a failure instead of quietly doing nothing. A form that cannot submit always shows the reason next to the field.

Private weekly coaching note

Each person received a private weekly note on how they were doing, never shown to a manager.

Retired in LoggerIQ 2.0, with the grade it was based on.

One hub for approvals

Timesheets, expenses, check-in requests, leave and disputes moved into one hub with a one-line read of what needed a look that day. Attendance got its own queue instead of sharing the expenses tab.

Replaced in LoggerIQ 2.0 by Needs you.

Steadier sign in and offline clock entries on the phone

Fixes to sign-in link handling and to the offline queue, so a clock entry made with no signal always sends once the connection comes back.
