Every published policy is a fixed version and every acknowledgement points at one. Publish a change and everyone is asked again, with what changed since the version they last accepted.

The problem

“Everyone has read it” is not a record

A policy sent as a PDF leaves no trace of who opened it, let alone which version they agreed to. When the policy changes the old sign-offs quietly stop meaning anything. LoggerIQ ties each acknowledgement to the exact version a person was shown.

How it works

In four steps

  1. Draft and publish

    Write the policy, choose who it is for (everyone or chosen sites, teams or roles) and publish it as version 1.

  2. People acknowledge

    Each person reads it and acknowledges, with a typed or drawn signature when the policy asks for one. An acknowledgement of a replaced version is refused.

  3. Track and remind

    See acknowledged out of audience and who is overdue. Anyone still waiting after three days gets one reminder. You can remind everyone pending at any time.

  4. Publish a change

    A new version asks everyone again and shows each person what changed since the version they last acknowledged.
