The problem

Which version did they actually sign?

Letters get copied from an old one, sent as an attachment and signed on paper that has to be scanned back in. A year later nobody can say which wording was signed. LoggerIQ issues each letter from a versioned template and keeps the exact text the person saw beside their signature.

How it works

In four steps

  1. Write the template once

    Plain paragraphs with fields such as name, position and start date. A field nobody can fill is caught when you save, not when the letter goes out.

  2. Request and approve

    Staff can ask for the letters you open to requests, such as an employment confirmation. Each template routes to the manager, an admin or straight through.

  3. Issue and freeze

    On issue the letter is filled in once and stored write-once, so the wording can never change after it is sent.

  4. Sign in the app

    The person types or draws their signature. It is bound to a fingerprint of the exact letter they were shown.
