How we calculate

The arithmetic, in full

Six lines, each one you can check with a calculator. Where we had a choice, we chose the figure that makes the result smaller.

What the price includes

  1. Timesheet hours now

    Sites, times the minutes a week someone spends on each site’s timesheets, times 52 weeks, divided by 12 months and by 60 minutes.

  2. Time saved

    Timesheet hours now, times the share you expect to save. Clean weeks approve themselves inside the tolerance you set, so what is left is the exceptions. We value the time at the average wage, which understates a manager’s time.

  3. Wages

    People, times the average hourly wage, times 38 hours a week, times 52 weeks, divided by 12 months. Penalty rates and overtime are left out, which keeps the figure low.

  4. Overpaid time avoided

    Wages, times the share you expect to stop overpaying. A clock entry is checked against the site as it is made and hours go to payroll without being typed again. Set it to zero if you would rather not count it.

  5. What LoggerIQ costs

    People, times US$5, converted at the rate you enter. Tax is already inside the figure. Every feature except payroll is included, so there is nothing else to add.

  6. Net

    Time saved plus overpaid time avoided, minus the cost. It is an estimate from your numbers, not a guarantee.
