Step 1 of 8Clock inFree

One tap on site. The punch is checked against the boundary you drew and lands with its distance from centre.

Step by step

What each step does

  1. Clock inOn site, Free

The person opens the app inside the boundary you drew and taps once. The punch is checked against the site geofence and lands with its distance from centre, so the hour starts as a fact rather than a claim.

    Location-verified attendance
  2. Stay verifiedOn site, Pro

Through the shift, consent-gated presence checks confirm the person stayed. Network signals corroborate the location indoors. Anything that looks off is written up in plain English so the person can answer it.

  3. How are you todayOn site, Team

At a time the team sets, a short check-in asks for a mood in five faces and three lines: yesterday, today and blockers. It takes a minute and the blockers are visible the same morning.

    Pulse check-ins and kudos
  4. Kudos landsOn site, Team

A teammate says thanks and it shows up on the phone. Kudos and check-ins keep a streak that only the person sees. Nobody is ranked against anybody.

  5. Team todayManager, Pro

The manager opens one board. A single sentence says what needs a look today. Who to talk to lists a few people with the reason beside each name, never a league table.

  6. Approve the weekManager, Team

Clean rows are already cleared. The manager approves them in one click and spends attention on the one row that has a reason attached. The person on that row has already seen the same reason.

    Approvals and decide from email
  7. My monthOn site, Pro

Hours against expected, overtime, shortfall and paid leave left in one ring. On Pro an estimated pay impact sits beside it and says it is an estimate. Payroll decides.

    My month and pay impact
  8. Pay rightManager, Pro

When a change would move pay, a suggestion explains what it means before it lands. Approved hours then flow to payroll as one record, with nothing re-keyed.

Behind each step

What happens behind each step

Three rules run under every screen you just saw.

Verify the punch

Location, network and authenticity checks run as the punch is made. A trust score builds over time, so the honest majority sail through and a weak signal never becomes a silent flag.

Explain the flag

No punch is marked without a plain line that says what looked off. The person sees it first and can answer. The manager decides with the reason in front of them.

Protect both sides

The same record serves the person and the business. Credit for every minute on site, payment for hours that happened and an append-only log of who changed what.

FAQ

The questions this page raises

How does verification actually work?
Clock-in is checked against the site geofence, with mock-location and impossible-travel detection on every punch. Presence and dwell checks then confirm the person stayed, so a check-in followed by leaving does not pass. A trust score tracks each person over time.
Is my team tracked all day?
No. Location is recorded at punch events with consent-gated presence checks, never continuous background tracking. Precise coordinates are encrypted with per-business keys, and retention is configurable with auto-purge.
Do I need to install an app?
No. LoggerIQ runs as a web app and installable PWA that works offline and queues punches until you reconnect. A native app is also available on iOS and Android. A background geofence for it is on the roadmap.
