Refund policy

LoggerIQ is a subscription service billed monthly. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Monthly subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for each monthly period, per active user, in Australian dollars. There is no lock-in contract. The Free plan stays free within its limits.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access to paid features until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • Monthly fees already charged are generally non-refundable, because you keep access for the period you paid for.
  • If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or billing after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount.
  • If the service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side for a sustained period, contact us and we will work out a fair credit or refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not of acceptable quality or does not match what was described, you may be entitled to a remedy that those laws cannot exclude.

How to request a refund

Email support@loggeriq.io from your account email with the charge date and amount. We aim to respond within five business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
