Reading every clean week is a tax on a good manager
Most weeks match the roster to the minute. Approving them one by one teaches a manager to approve without reading, which is exactly when the odd one slips through. Auto-approval clears the weeks that are provably clean and leaves the manager with the ones that are not.

Set a tolerance
An admin switches it on and sets how far a day may sit from the roster: 10 minutes by default, up to 120.
Nine checks
The week is over, has hours, has no exceptions, no unapproved overtime, no edits, no unverified clock entry and no clock-out answer that needs a manager.
Approved and recorded
A clean week is approved by the daily run and written to the person’s record. The person sees it as automatic.
The rest wait with a reason
Any other week stays in Needs you with the blocker in words, such as “Wed finished 42 minutes past the roster”.
