Bank details by email, a TFN declaration on paper, a policy nobody confirmed reading. Onboarding spread across inboxes leaves gaps you only find at the first pay run. LoggerIQ turns it into one journey per person with an owner and a due date on every task.

How it works

In four steps

  1. Pick a template

    Start from New starter or Casual starter or build your own. Due dates count from the start date and each task has an owner.

  2. The new hire does their part

    Personal details, bank details and an emergency contact, plus the TFN declaration and super choice in Australia, each on its own short form.

  3. Linked tasks finish themselves

    When the new hire acknowledges a policy, signs a letter or answers a form, the matching task is done without anyone ticking it.

  4. Reminders and a day-one welcome

    Each owner gets one morning reminder with what is due or overdue. The new hire gets a welcome on their first day.
