What if someone joins or leaves halfway through a month?

The seat count follows your team. A seat added or removed during a month is prorated, so you pay for the days it was used.

What are the modules in Settings?

Kiosk, documents, onboarding, letters, policies and forms are switched on per workspace, so a team that does not need them never sees them. Switching one on costs nothing extra.

Who counts as a seat

Published so there are no surprises on the first invoice. Your seat count is always visible in Settings.

Workers	Seat	Anyone who clocks in, takes a shift or submits a request is a seat.
Kiosk-only workers	Seat	Someone who only ever clocks in at a shared kiosk still counts, because their hours are kept and paid like everyone else's.
Managers and admins	Seat	People who run rosters and approve hours are seats too.
Pending invites	Free	Someone you have invited or imported costs nothing until they accept and join.
Leavers	Free	When someone leaves, their seat stops. Their records stay, at no charge, for as long as the law asks you to keep them.
Auditors	Free	Read-only access with an end date for your auditor costs nothing.
