When we answer

24/7, every day of the year. Nights, weekends and public holidays included, because rosters and pay runs do not keep office hours.

We support workspaces in Australia (from Sydney) and Bangladesh (from Dhaka).

If it is payroll day

When people are waiting to be paid, the problem jumps the queue. Start your email subject or WhatsApp message with PAYDAY and tell us when your pay run closes.

  1. Email support@loggeriq.io with the subject starting PAYDAY or message us on WhatsApp starting with PAYDAY.
  2. Say which pay period, how many people are affected and when payroll closes.
  3. Keep going if you can: approved hours can always be exported as a payroll file while we look.
