Terms of service

The service

LoggerIQ provides location-verified attendance, leave and expense management with AI-checked records. We may improve or change features over time and will avoid removing core functionality your plan depends on without notice.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring the people you invite are authorised to use the service for your business.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD), per active user.
• The Free plan is available at no charge within its stated limits.
• Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except as set out in our refund policy.
• You can change or cancel your plan at any time, effective at the end of the period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use LoggerIQ to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to defeat location or authenticity checks or to falsify hours.
• Do not probe, scan or disrupt the security or integrity of the service.

Data and privacy

Your use of LoggerIQ is also governed by our privacy policy. For records about your workers, your business is the controller and LoggerIQ processes that data on your instructions. Location is captured only at punch events and personal data is encrypted, with tenant isolation between businesses.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring sites, geofences and rules, for informing your workers about location capture as your local law requires and for using verification features lawfully.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime. Support is provided through the channels listed in your plan.

Intellectual property

LoggerIQ and its software remain our property. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using LoggerIQ at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version with an updated date. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
