LoggerIQ exists to make the timesheet fair. For teams spread across sites and shifts it is the one record that decides pay and the easiest thing to get wrong in either direction. We fix that at the moment work happens.
Location is read at punch events and consent-gated presence checks. Nothing runs between shifts and nothing runs in the background.
How location is usedNo punch is marked without a plain-English line that says what looked off, so the person can answer it and the manager can decide.
IQ intelligence layerClean rows clear themselves and only exceptions wait for you. Approve the week as one action and send the hours on.
ApprovalsPhone clock-in is everywhere and undercut by free tools. That is not where the problem lives. The problem is trust in both directions. A manager who cannot rely on the hours spends the week reconciling exceptions. A person who is flagged without a reason has no way to answer. LoggerIQ verifies the hour as it happens, writes the reason down when something looks off and lets an assistant do the busywork, so approval is a glance and a dispute is settled by the record.
A punch is checked for location and authenticity as it is made. Truth at capture beats reconciliation after the fact, for the person as much as the business.
When something looks off we say what in plain English and the person sees it first. A flag without a reason is an accusation. A flag with one is a question.
The same record gives the person credit for every minute on site and gives the business hours that happened. Neither side has to take it on trust.
One business can hold many addresses, each with its own geofence and rules, from a depot in Botany to a clinic round in Parramatta. Prices are in AUD ex GST, exports are shaped for common Australian payroll systems and your records stay in the region. Privacy is the position: we capture less on purpose.
