Why it exists
The timesheet decides pay, so both sides should be able to read it
Most disputes about pay are disputes about what happened on a shift.
A manager who cannot rely on the hours spends Monday reconciling them. A person whose entry is changed without a reason has no way to answer. Both are fixed at the same point: when the hour is recorded, with the reason written next to anything that looks off.
So LoggerIQ checks a clock entry against the site as it happens, lets clean weeks approve themselves and sends only the exceptions to a manager, each with its reason. Award pay is worked out line by line with the clause beside each line. The employee sees the same record the manager approves.
We build for Australia and Bangladesh because that is where our team is and where we know the rules: Australian modern awards and the Bangladesh Labour Act’s overtime, leave and festival bonus.

Invited people who have not joined, people who have left and your auditor cost nothing. Seats added mid-month are prorated.
Payroll is the one exception, said out loud
Running payroll has real per-run costs we are still measuring. Rather than guess and raise the price later, we leave it out of the price until it is costed.
