An expired licence turns up on the day it matters
A forklift licence or an RSA certificate usually lives in a folder or an inbox. Nobody notices it has lapsed until an audit, an incident or a client asks for it. LoggerIQ keeps every document against the person who holds it, counts down to its expiry in your own calendar and tells them well before the day.

Upload and review
A person uploads a photo or PDF and links it to the qualification it proves. A reviewer approves or rejects it. Nobody decides their own.
Say what each role needs
Name the qualifications a site or a shift role requires, such as a forklift licence for the warehouse or an RSA for the bar.
Reminders before expiry
The holder hears 90, 60, 30, 14 and 7 days out. An expiry that falls on a weekend is counted back from the last working day before it.
The roster checks
A shift that needs a qualification the person is missing or has let lapse is flagged on the roster with the reason.
