Link a visit
Optionally attach the claim to one of your verified site visits from the last 30 days.
Two-stage approval
Supervisor first, then admin. The approver sees where the reading and the claim disagree.
Into the accounts
Approved claims go to Xero or QuickBooks and appear in the expense reports.
