The problem

Nobody knows what the month is worth until the payslip

Overtime, a short day and a leave day all change what lands in the account, and today the first anyone hears of it is the payslip. My month shows the person their hours against expected as the month builds, and shows managers a pay-impact suggestion when a rule or a change would move pay for someone. Every figure is an estimate and says so. Payroll remains the source of truth.

Watch the ring fill

Hours verified this month build against the expected total for your roster.

See the estimate

Overtime, shortfall and paid leave left translate into an estimated pay impact.

Managers get a suggestion

When a change would move pay, the manager sees a suggestion with a Why line before approving.

A suggestion explains what a change means before it lands. Approved hours then flow to payroll as one record.
