Trips and mileage
Mileage claims backed by the route, with detours and reused photos flagged.
A trip starts on the clock and ends in a mileage claim. Each trip is compared with the person’s own history for the same journey and odometer photos are checked against earlier ones.
US$5 per user per month, tax included. 30-day free trial.
A mileage claim is a number somebody typed
Kilometres are easy to round up and hard to check and nobody wants to accuse a driver on a hunch. Trips measure the distance from location readings, compare it with the same person’s usual distance and raise a flag with the figures only when a trip is well outside it.
In four steps
Start on the clock
A trip can only start while clocked in, in a personal or company vehicle or by other transport. It cannot be backdated.
Told before the trip
The driver is told the route is visible to their manager while the readings are kept, up to 90 days and never used to deduct pay.
Claim on arrival
Ending the trip raises a mileage claim at your rate, with odometer photos where you require them.
Flags with figures
A detour is flagged when a trip is over 1.5 times the usual and more than 5 km longer. A reused or out-of-time photo is flagged too.
What you get
- A mileage claim from every trip, one per trip
- A route map while its readings are kept
- Detour flags against the person’s own history or straight line times 1.3
