Open shifts and shift swaps

People see unfilled and offered shifts under Time, Open shifts. They choose Claim to take an open shift or Ask for it when it needs approval. To give a shift away they choose Offer for swap and a colleague chooses I will take it. Withdraw cancels a claim or an offer.

Under Settings, Rostering, Admins decide whether a claim or a swap needs approval and whether only people scoped to the site may take a shift there. They also decide whether people hear about open shifts when a roster is published. Claims and swaps that need approval wait in Needs you.
