Kiosk

A shared tablet at the door: a code and a PIN, no personal phone needed.

Turn a tablet into a clock for one site. People type their employee code and PIN, see their own name and photo to confirm and clock in or out, even while the connection is down.

A workspace module. An admin switches it on in Settings.

US$5 per user per month, tax included. 30-day free trial.

At a shared tablet a worker types their code and PIN, sees their own name to confirm and is clocked in.
The problem

Not every worker clocks in on their own phone

Some sites ban phones on the floor, some people do not want work on theirs and some teams share one entrance. A kiosk gives them a clock at the door that only they can use, recorded at that site.

How it works

In four steps

  1. Enrol the tablet

An admin registers a kiosk for one site and enters the one-time code on the tablet. It stays enrolled for a year or until revoked.

  2. Code and PIN

A 3 to 8 digit employee code and a 4 to 6 digit PIN on a large keypad. Obvious PINs are refused.

  3. Confirm and clock

The person sees their name and photo, then clocks in or out. A quick “How are you today?” or “Did you get your break?” is optional.

  4. Offline without loss

Entries are saved on the tablet, encrypted, before they send and sent when the connection returns.
