Check-in record
What was expected and what happened, day by day. A record, not a score.
Expected, answered, missed, on time, late and repeated, each one opening the days behind it. The person sees the same record their manager does.

Nobody should be measured by a number they cannot see
When a manager’s view of someone is built from data the person never sees, every conversation starts on the back foot. The check-in record shows both of them the same thing: each day that was expected, what was answered and when.
In four steps
Only expected days count
Approved leave and days the check-in does not run are never expected, so they never show as missed.
Every count opens its days
Tap Missed or Late and see exactly which days, with the answers as they were given.
Repeats are named, not judged
An answer that reads the same as an earlier day is marked with that day. A routine role can honestly have similar days.
Caught while writing
The check-in form notices a repeat as it is typed and asks what changed today, so people can add it before they send.
What changes in the first week
- A rating the person only hears about at review time
- Leave days quietly counted as missed
- Copied updates noticed weeks later, if at all
- Counts the person can open and check themselves
- Only the days that were expected
- A prompt to reword a repeat before it is sent
What you get
- Six counts, each one backed by the days behind it
- Leave and days off never shown as missed
- The same view for the person and their manager
- The record Virtual HR reads from, so the two always agree
