Turn on the HR modules you need

Onboarding, documents, letters, policies, forms and announcements are each switched on separately.

Who can do this: Admins.Updated 2 October 2026

Every HR module starts switched off, so the app only shows what you use. Clocking in, Roster, Needs you, Leave, Expenses and Trips are always on.

  1. Open Settings, then Modules.

  2. Switch on Onboarding, Documents, Letters, Policies, Forms or Announcements.

  3. The matching pages appear in the sidebar under HR. People get My HR for anything waiting on them.
