Set up your Workspace

Sign in for the first time and LoggerIQ walks you through creating your Workspace.

Who can do this: Anyone. The person who creates the Workspace becomes its Admin.Updated 2 October 2026

There is no separate sign-up form. The first time you sign in, LoggerIQ sets up a Workspace for you.

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft or Continue with Apple. Or enter your email and choose Email me a magic link. A magic link works once and expires after a few minutes.

  2. On Set up your workspace, enter the Workspace name, Country, Default currency and Timezone, tick your Working days and set the Workday start and Workday end. Choose Create workspace.

  3. Under How would you like to start?, choose Bring my people across to import from Deputy or a spreadsheet, Look around a sample to explore with example data you can wipe in one click. Or choose Set it up by hand.

  4. Add your first site with its address and geofence radius. You can also choose Skip for now.

  5. Invite your first teammate now or later from Settings.

  6. Choose Open the Team home to finish.

Admins must use two-step sign-in, so LoggerIQ asks you to set it up with an authenticator app straight after.
