Getting started
Add a site and set its geofence
A site is a place people work. Its geofence is the circle a clock-in is checked against.
Open Sites in the sidebar, under Operations.
Choose Add site.
Enter the Name and Address. On the map you can also use Search an address or Use my current location.
Drag the Geofence radius slider. It runs from 50 to 1,000 metres and starts at 150.
Choose Add site.
Open a site later to change its Location and hours, its Rules and its People. A site can keep its own working hours instead of the Workspace defaults.
Keep the radius as small as the site allows. A tight geofence is what makes a clock entry trustworthy; a large one lets people clock in from the car park across the road.
