Free trial, invoices and cancelling
Where billing lives, how to get an invoice and how to stop paying.
Every Workspace can start a 30-day free trial with every feature.
Open Settings, then Billing. It shows your plan, seats and people.
Your invoices are under Invoices and receipts. Choose View or download the PDF.
To change the card or cancel, choose Manage billing.
Cancelling stops the next charge, on a monthly or a yearly plan. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Charges already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Leaving? Settings, Export and close gives you every record as a ZIP of CSV files first, then closes the Workspace. It stays read-only for 30 days, in case you change your mind.
