Import from Deputy or a spreadsheet
Bring your people, sites, rates, balances, roster and history across, with undo.
Upload Deputy’s own CSV exports or any spreadsheet saved as CSV. A dry run names every problem row before anything is written and an undo removes exactly what the import added.
US$5 per user per month, tax included. 30-day free trial.
Switching usually means a week of retyping
Moving off a rostering system means copying people, rates, leave balances and the next roster by hand and finding the mistakes in the first pay run. The importer reads the files you already have, tells you what is wrong row by row and writes only what is right.
In four steps
Choose what to import
Sites, people, pay rates, opening leave balances, the roster for the next four weeks, year-to-date pay and past timesheets, each as its own file.
Map the columns
Headers are matched for you. The Deputy preset reads Deputy’s people, timesheet and schedule exports.
Dry run
Every row is checked. Problems are named by row; nothing is written yet.
Import, then invite
Ready rows are written in a run that is safe to repeat. Invites go out only when you send them and undo removes the import.
