LoggerIQ is in its pilot programme. This page will carry customer stories once the teams behind them have signed off. Until then it says what a pilot is and how one runs, which is more use to you than a wall of logos.

  • Real company names, only with written sign-off
  • Numbers we can source from the workspace, with the customer agreeing to each
  • Quotes in the customer’s own words, approved before they appear

What never will

  • Placeholder logos or a row of grey marks
  • Illustrative quotes from people who do not exist
  • Star ratings or review counts we cannot link to

Pilot programme, now open

A few workspaces go first, set up with us

Pilot workspaces move their data with our help and have us close at hand through the first roster and the first pay export. In return they tell us plainly what is wrong, and they become the first stories on this page.

The first month of a pilot

Four weeks from import to the first pay export

The same product every workspace gets, with us close at hand while your first real period runs through it.

  1. Week 1

    Move your data, with us

    We import your sites, people, pay rates and leave balances with you from Deputy or a spreadsheet. Then we check the dry run together before anything is saved.

  2. Week 2

    Your first roster

    Build and publish a real roster, with labour cost and fatigue flags in front of you. Your team clocks in at the site or at a shared kiosk.

  3. Week 3

    Your first pay export

    Approve the period from Needs you, read the award lines and send approved hours to your accounting system or a payroll file.

  4. Week 4

    Tell us what is wrong

    A plain review of what slowed you down. What you find goes on our list. You hear back on what changed.
